On the 27th of April, Resource Techniques Ltd hosted the second 'Accredited Engineer'training course at the offices in Hendon, which was attended by 9 independent computer engineers from various parts of the country.
Each engineer had been recommended to attend by a TEAM agent who is already using them and is happy with their services.
The day started with a 'grand tour' of our technical support and communications centres, giving the engineers a flavour of the set-up here. The engineers then spent the day with members of the Resource Techniques technical support and programming TEAM learning 'best practise' in the installation of TEAMWorks and the maintenance of the computer systems which run TEAMWorks in your offices.
It is helpful to have a network of trained engineers across the country who are able to help and support TEAM estate agents and who at least have a good knowledge of any specific setup and maintenance issues that are relevant to us. We all make many more demands of our computer systems than we used to and having a local engineer who can fix any problems you have and help you when you need to upgrade or change your systems is nowadays vital.
